Regular Verbs
There are about 60,000 to 100,000 verbs in English, and new ones are created all the time, especially with the use of technology, slang, and other cultural developments. 99.9% of these verbs are regular, following a “regular pattern” by adding d or ed to the basic verb form. Examples:
