Admission Details:
- Admission Date: 20th May 2024
- Admission Complaints: Pain in joints (ankle, back, fingers, hands, muscles, neck, wrist), decreased range of motion, difficulty walking, muscle weakness, joint stiffness, tenderness, swelling, bump on finger.
- No bony outgrowth in fingers or toes, neck stiffness, physical deformity.
Diagnosis:
- Rheumatoid arthritis.
- ? Vitamin D deficiency.
Interim Treatment being provided
