Eligibility Criteria:
- Job Offer: Full-time job offer from a Canadian employer in the home care sector.
- Work Experience: Recent and relevant experience in home care.
- Language Proficiency: Minimum CLB 4 in English or French (IELTS General Training required).
- Education: Equivalent to a Canadian high school diploma.
