Watching TV is most popular among the 45-64 age group, who spend about 16 hours weekly. The 25-44 age group spends around 12 hours, and the 15-24 age group about 10 hours. Reading books follows a similar trend with 6, 4, and 2 hours respectively.
Playing sports is favored by the 15-24 age group (6 hours), followed by the 25-44 (4 hours) and 45-64 (2 hours). Social media usage is highest among the 15-24 age group (16 hours), decreasing with age.
Outdoor activities are most popular among the 45-64 age group (10 hours), followed by the 25-44 (8 hours), and the 15-24 (6 hours). Overall, older age groups prefer passive activities, while younger ones are more active online and in physical pursuits.
