Character Traits & Personality Traits

Personality Traits and Character Traits are both ways to describe a person’s characteristics, but they differ in their focus. Personality traits reflect a person’s characteristic patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. They can include physical, psychological, emotional, and social aspects. Personality traits imply consistency and stability, so someone who scores high on a trait like extraversion is likely to be sociable in different situations and over time.
