Step 1: Get ready with your case notes and mark the Patient's name, age and address from the starting of the case notes.

Step 2: Now, mark the purpose of the letter in the "Writing Task" area of the case notes. If it is not found there, find it in the "Discharge Plan" area.

Now, mark the name and address of the recipient in the end of the case notes. You can find the Recipient in the "Writing Task" area or, rarely, in the beginning of the letter.

Requests are "Discharge Plans". The final paragraph of a letter is drafted using the Requests. "Continue physiotherapy for three weeks" changes to "Please make sure that Mr Parker continues physiotherapy for three weeks."
