  • Primigravida

  • Antenatal check up
  • Diabetes, hypertension,
  • insulin, ramipril tab,
  • Urine proteinuria, test, negative
  • Mildly obese, follows diabetes diet
  • Concerned about health

30th May

  • Edema on hands and legs
  • Bp elevated, ramipril ↑10mg

13th June

  • Edema on hands only
  • Bp elevated, ramipril ↑10mg

27th June

  • Edema on hands and legs
  • Bp normal

11th July

  • 34 weeks
  • Swelling on hands
  • BP normal
  • No water retention

Today (34th week)

  • Swelling ankle
  • Urine proteinuria, test, positive
  • Suspected to have preeclampsia
  • On reduced medication
  • No history of past abortion
  • Swelling of face, leg
  • Intermittent headache
  • BP elevation (intermittent)
